Web-based and Secure TrackerPAL™ is a secure, web-based application that receives, records and stores all data transmitted from ReliAlert™, ReliAlert™XC and HomeAware™ Beacon devices; and is where offender data is input, modified and stored. Security includes a password-protected, secure link via SSL over HTTP and 128-bit encryption. This robust system is accessible 24/7/365 from any computer with a high-speed internet connection and allows authorized users to effectively and efficiently manage their caseload; without the cost or time required to install third-party software. Easy to Use We designed TrackerPAL™ with today’s video game generation in mind, and provides an interactive, intuitive offender management environment. It utilizes Adobe Flash™ technology to deliver a rich, interactive, immersive experience to users that includes animation, collapsing and expanding panels, timeline sliders, and other features. Single Mapping Screen for Key Functions In contrast to other monitoring software applications that spread various functions across multiple screens, TrackerPAL™ is designed with a single mapping screen that allows you to perform offender status, tracking, inclusion/exclusion zone management, scheduling, crime scene correlation, diagnostic, street view, satellite overlay, and any other mapping-related functions. This single interface streamlines your work and minimizes the amount of time spent on key supervision activities. Unlimited Inclusion/Exclusion Zone Creation An unlimited number of zones can be created and saved to the Agency’s zone library in View Multiple Offender Tracking TrackerPAL™ allows you to display the current location of your entire offender population on the map at once. Additionally, up to four offenders at once can have their historical tracking points pinned onto the screen for an immediate review of offender behavioral patterns and interaction. Real-Time Tracking and Alarm Updates TrackerPAL™ automatically updates the mapping screen in real-time without any user refreshing of web pages. Alarm alerts are displayed as popups with audio alerts as they occur enabling you to Immediate Crime-Scene Correlation TrackerPAL™ Software has the industry’s fastest and easiest-to-use crime scene correlation capability. Supervising officers can determine if any offender wearing ReliAlert™ or ReliAlert™XC devices were in the vicinity of a crime by simply inputting crime address, time and distance parameters.
Reporting The TrackerPAL™ software provides a variety of standard and specialized reports that cover transactional and management needs. All reports are available when needed and do not require overnight processing. Reports are integrated with ReliAlert™ security to ensure that only authorized users have access to the information. Reports can be downloaded in PDF, Excel, and HTML formats, printed, or attached to email for distribution.
